Granted it's only the 2nd week of 2013, but I did get two cards made for my two cards a week campaign. And after reading Carol's recent card post over at The Answer is Chocolate, I've decided that I need to use up my existing stock of supplies. No running out to Joann's for new inspiration.
I used the CAS(E) this Sketch for inspiration.
I thought it's simplicity was the real challenge.
Here are my two interpretations:
Two cards and homemade jam all in one week. Yeah!
Oh Linda, I came over just because I saw your cards in my reader. and imagine my surprise to see my name mentioned. You are so sweet. And your cards are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLove these both! And a great resolution to use up supplies on hand. I have SO MANY scraps of white - to big to throw out but too small for a card front. I should challenge myself to use them up! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CAS(E) This Sketch this week, Linda!
ReplyDeleteI like them both but especially the second one.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant take on the sketch! Thanks so much for playing with CAS(E) this Sketch!
ReplyDeleteyea is right! I always love your cards!!! keep on the campaign..your cards make others happy!
ReplyDeletetwo lovely cards, i love the rough look with the twine, colour scheme and ink edging! thank you for joining us at CTS ; )
ReplyDeleteLove the simplicity of these cards and the use of craft cardstock & twine.
ReplyDeleteOff to see more.
